A Little BIT of Comfort is a support group for bereaved parents of babies, infants and toddlers in Spearfish, South Dakota. They meet the second Monday of every month at Spearfish City Hall. This is an on-going support group that is open to anyone who has experienced miscarriage, stillbirth, or neonatal/newborn death. We meet the 2nd and 4th Wednesday of every month. This group is free and at the time can only serve English speaking families.

Support group for pregnancy loss from early miscarriage to full term stillbirth. Offers one on one counseling, group meetings, lending library & unlimited resources.
Helping After Neonatal Death
HAND is a volunteer group of parents who have experienced the loss of a baby before, during or after birth. Their experience has established a desire to offer support to parents, their relatives and friends during the normal mourning following miscarriage, genetic abortion, stillbirth or newborn death of their babies. HAND volunteers are not professional psychotherapists, however they may make referrals to professional counselors.

clothing and caskets.
